TIME NEEDED: 20min

WHAT YOU NEED: 2 small, unopened water bottles

Do 4 rounds of the following:

  • 20x alternating reverse lunges to overhead shoulder press with a water bottle in each hand
  • 20x jumping jacks with water bottle in each hand
  • 10x place water bottles 2 feet from each other. Go into a pushup position with only toes on floor. Walk hands and feet across one bottle and then another and back while staying in plank position.
  • 20 burpees (no water bottle required)

Try to not go crazy with heavy makeup for NYE. If you have been sleeping well, eating clean and exercising, your skin should be glowing! (trying our products would also help, wink wink). You can also try a hydrating sheet mask the day of New Years Eve to lock in the moisture before you apply makeup. You can make your own Radiance Mask following the advice of the editors at ‘Mind Body Green1, who recommend mixing two tablespoons of yogurt, two tablespoons of organic raw honey, 1/4 cup of mixed berries and one tablespoon of lemon juice until smooth. Apply the mask and leave it on for 15 minutes.

Timing and consistency matters. It is not about sleeping a lot but sleeping at the same time every night consistently over time. Try listening to soft music and keep your thoughts positive before going to sleep
